Orbea Rallon DH · OMR Carbon · Available in Singapore
Gravity Bred
The ultimate downhill machine — 200 mm front and rear, mullet-ready, and the very same bike Orbea FMD races at the World Cup. Built for the plane and the bike park. Order now at CANNASIA.
The bike
The same bike that wins World Cups
Rallon DH is a pure downhill machine, born from years of race-track development — and it's the exact bike Orbea FMD lines up on at the World Cup. With 200 mm of travel front and rear, it's built to hold race speed down the steepest, roughest tracks on the calendar. A low centre of gravity gives it unshakeable stability, supple suspension keeps it hunting for grip, and an unprecedented level of adjustability lets you tune it to any track with confidence.
Let's be honest about Singapore: there's no lift-served downhill here. This is a bike you build and fly with. CANNASIA — the official Orbea distributor — builds it, sets it up, ships it for your trip and services it when you're home, so all you think about is the next track.

Get the highlights
Developed to win, on the world's toughest tracks
Uncompromised downhill suspension. A frame with the balance and adjustability to be dialled in for any circuit. And gravity-standard kit built to be raced, not babied.
Developed on the World Cup circuit
Unbeatable suspension performance and a balanced, stable frame — proven where it matters most.
01 · Uncompromised suspension
200 mm, front and rear — buttery and fast
Rallon DH is set up for the gnarliest descents on any World Cup track: 200 mm of travel front and rear, ready for the big drops and the high speeds top-level racing demands. The kinematics do the rest.

Progressive leverage ratio
The suspension stiffens as it moves deeper into travel — small-bump grip and traction up top, real support against bottoming out on the biggest hits.

Lower pedal kickback
Reduced pedal kickback means chain tension barely touches the suspension — a near-chainless feel and relentless traction.

Anti-rise · controlled braking
The rear pivot decouples braking forces from the swingarm, so the suspension keeps working when hard on the brakes.

Attitude Adjust
Tune the kinematic progressivity between 25% (more linear — mid-stroke support and sharper handling for faster tracks) and 30% (more progressive — for rough DH tracks and bigger drops).

Race-track proven
Every part of the suspension package is developed and tested on the DH circuit, then run at the sharp end of World Cup racing.
Settled, stable, fast
A downhill bike needs stability to counter the forces that throw it off line. The whole design drives the centre of gravity down.
02 · Low centre of gravity
Stable. Settled. Fast.
The exclusive GravityLink rocker positions the shock as low as possible — the ideal setup for maximum stability on the descents.

Huge standover, great balance
A lower shock lets the top tube drop, and with a low bottom bracket the whole centre of gravity comes down — noticeably more stability, and more agility leaning into corners or throwing the bike around in the air.

Planted when pushing hard
A World-Cup pit trick, built in: add mass at the bottom bracket for a plusher, more planted ride — or strip it out for tracks that reward acceleration and quick reactions.

Bolt-on BB weights
Weights bolt straight to the GravityLink — run one, two or all three (395, 95 and 93 g) to fine-tune how planted the bike feels.
Lower is faster
Bringing the shock, top tube and bottom bracket down transforms how the bike holds a line when things get truly steep.
03 · DH-refined geometry
Shaped by years on the race track
Rallon DH's geometry has been refined over years of DH testing — and it's now more adjustable than ever, so you can optimise the bike for any given track.

Mullet as standard
Rallon DH ships with a 27.5″ rear wheel — the mullet setup that shines on the steepest DH tracks, keeping the bike agile and clear when it points down.

Fine-tune everything
Head angle, progressivity, chainstay length and BB weight all adjust — dial the bike in for the track in front of you rather than a compromise.
04 · Frame structure
Braced where it counts
A braced frame design adds rigidity around the bottom bracket and gives Orbea tighter control of the whole structure — feel and grip you can measure in race runs.

Precision tracking
Manipulating the carbon weave controls flex without sacrificing strength, balancing front- and rear-triangle stiffness — confidence and grip on rough, cambered ground, and fractions saved when it counts.

Pillars of strength
A strong carbon frame, a durable alloy linkage and the GravityLink shock bracket combine into a structure tough enough to take any downhill abuse.
05 · Adjustability for every track
Race, park lap or shuttle day — set it up right
There's a big difference between a race run, a bike-park lap and a relaxed day with friends. The Rallon's adjustments get you the perfect setup wherever the day takes you — most of them trackside, in minutes.

Headset Adjust
An offset headset cup gives ±0.75° of head-angle adjustment — slacker for steeper, more aggressive runs, sharper for flatter tracks.

Flip Chip
Switch the flip chip to change shock progressivity by about 5% — a quick tune between runs.

Chainstay 450 / 442
Rallon DH runs 450 mm chainstays as standard for maximum high-speed stability. Prefer agility over outright speed? Fit 442 mm on any size.
Weighted bottom bracket
Thread the included weights onto the GravityLink to drop the centre of gravity and add composure — a race-proven tuning trick.
06 · Built for abuse
Quiet, tough, race-standard
A quiet, reliable frame hung with components chosen to survive the tough life of a downhill bike — and give you confidence on any track.

Quiet frame fundamentals
Cables run fully guided inside the frame — no rattle, and easy to change at service time — with an upgraded soft-rubber chainstay guard whose hollow recesses soak up chain slap.

DH-proven wheels
Oquo MC32 TEAM alloy wheels — tough, reliable, and the wheels the FMD Gravity Cooperative team trusts at the World Cups.

Fox 40 & DH rubber
The sturdy Fox 40 up front, and the strongest Maxxis DH/DD-casing tyres — the toughest kit for the roughest tracks.

Fully Loaded Pivot
A 2/3/4/5 mm multitool held by magnet in the pivot, plus a 6 mm key in the rear axle — trailside adjustments always on the bike.

LOCKR in-frame storage
Stash tools, a snack or even a jacket behind the bottle mount — easier to reach than ever between runs.

Fully sealed bearings
Bearings fail from grime, not load — so the main pivots are properly sealed. Clean bearings last longer and keep the suspension working when things get filthy.

Second Skin protection
Replaceable vinyl protection keeps the paint looking new for longer — welcome on a bike built for a hard life.
Podium-proven
The very same bike Orbea FMD Racing runs at the World Cup — already three times on the top step in its debut season.
MyO custom
We are unique. Your bike should be too.
Configure your Rallon DH through MyO — colours, components, chainstay length and setup. Two starting points from the team:

DH racing
Longer chainstays, weight added and the head angle slackened — set progressive or linear depending on the track. Built to hold flat-out race speed.

Heavy park use
Shorter chainstays, set progressive. Add the weights for plusher suspension on big lift days, or strip them out for hitting tricks.
Is enduro your thing?
The Rallon Enduro offers the same suspension and features in a pedal-friendly, do-it-all enduro package.
