Bike Processing Time
Bikes require more preparation than parts and accessories. Before despatch, each bike is fully built, inspected and safety-checked by our mechanics. This process takes up to one week depending on model and current workshop schedule.
If you need your bike by a specific date — for an event, a race, or a special occasion — contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether the timeline is achievable. Call or WhatsApp +65 81028867.
Collection in-store at 83 Frankel Avenue is available and recommended for bikes — your new bike will be set up and ready to ride when you arrive.

Parts & Accessories Processing
Parts and accessories are typically processed and despatched within one business day of payment clearing. Smaller items ship via local courier with tracking. Delivery to most Singapore addresses takes one to two business days after despatch.
Orders placed before midday on a business day are generally despatched the same day. Orders placed after midday or over the weekend are despatched the following business day.
If a part is out of stock or requires sourcing, we will contact you within one business day to advise on lead time. We hold extensive stock at 83 Frankel Avenue — most common parts ship immediately.

How we prepare your shipment

Each shipment includes a commercial invoice with accurate descriptions, quantities and declared values as required by DHL Express and destination customs authorities.

Can you ship bikes internationally?
